Are you insured and DBS checked?
Yes. We are both DBS checked and fully insured for dog walking.
Which areas do you cover?
Aberdare and the surrounding areas. If you're further afield, ask us about distance and we'll let you know if we can help.
Does my dog need to be vaccinated?
Yes. All dogs must be up to date with their core vaccinations and leptospirosis, and we'll ask to see the vaccination card at the meet & greet. We also recommend the kennel cough vaccine for group walks. Read our vaccination policy.
Can you take my dog to the vet?
Yes. We collect your dog, take them to your vet, stay with them for the appointment and bring them home. The price depends on where your vet is, so ask us for a price.
What happens at the meet & greet?
We come to your home for about 30 minutes, meet your dog and learn their routine, recall, likes and worries. We also arrange how we'll get in. It's free and there's no obligation.
How do group walks work?
Group walks have up to 4 dogs. We only put dogs together once we know they'll get on, and dogs who aren't suited to groups get solo walks instead.
How do I book?
After your meet & greet we invite you to our app, where you can book one-off walks, see what's coming up, keep your dog's details up to date and pay your invoices. You can always just message us too.
How do I pay?
Completed walks go on one invoice each week. You can pay by bank transfer using the invoice number as the reference, or in cash to your walker.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel in the app, or let us know, up to 24 hours before and it's free. Cancellations with less notice are charged at half price.
How do you look after my keys?
We agree access in person at the meet & greet. Key safe codes and alarm codes are never stored in our app.
Do you walk in bad weather?
Yes, in rain or shine. In very hot weather or storms we shorten walks or switch to a home visit, and we'll let you know first.
What if my dog is unwell or injured on a walk?
We contact you straight away. If it's urgent, we take your dog to your vet, using the details you give us at sign-up.
